Bellmans is one of the UK’s leading regional auction houses, holding regular Specialist and Fine auctions across a wide range of collecting categories. These include Asian Ceramics & Works of Art, Pictures, Jewellery, Wristwatches, Silver, Furniture, Clocks, Books and European Ceramics.
With our Saleroom in West Sussex, and an office in South Kensington, London, Bellmans combines regional expertise with international reach. Through our live online bidding platform, BellmansLive, and the-saleroom.com, we connect consignors with collectors across the UK, Europe, America and Asia, ensuring competitive bidding and strong auction results.
Each month our sales present a carefully curated selection of works of art and antiques, consigned from Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire, London and the wider Home Counties, as well as from further afield.
Our team offers informed valuation advice to individuals, families and executors, whether for a single piece, a complete collection or the contents of a house. With decades of combined experience — much of it gained at major international auction houses — our specialists provide clear, market-led guidance supported by a personal and approachable service.
Valuations at our Sussex saleroom take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 9:30am – 1pm and 2pm – 4:30pm.
Drop-in valuation days at our London office in South Kensington are held on every Wednesday between 10am and 4pm.
For details of forthcoming dedicated Valuation Days, please visit our Valuations page.
Bellmans is open to the public for live auction attendance, viewings and valuations.
